All children attending the Armidale Montessori Preschool are involved in learning through the Preschool program each day. In order to provide the greatest flexibility for parents, our preschool offers enrolment under each of the funding streams allowed for within the early learning framework.
Enrolling your child under the Preschool arrangement may suit you if:
- You don’t want your child to attend Preschool during school holidays.
- You are not eligible for any government rebates.
- You only want your child to attend Preschool from 8.00am to 3.30pm.
The current fee for enrolment through the Preschool stream at Armidale Montessori Preschool is $32 per day, with Health care card holders, Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders receiving a subsidised fee of $20 per day. Please note that only a limited number of preschool places are available each day.
Preschool fees are payable for the weeks of the NSW school terms, a total of 40-41 weeks a year. Fees are invoiced per term and are due at the start of each Term. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please speak to the Director to organise a suitable payment arrangement.
If your family would prefer your child to attend Preschool for longer hours each day, Armidale Montessori offers after school care. Children in the Long Daycare mode attend exactly the same program as the Preschool children. You may also find that enrolling your child through the long daycare arrangement may suit you better.
If you are unsure which model would work best for your family, feel free to contact our Director for a confidential conversation about your options.
