Part-time Office Administrator

We are seeking a part-time Office Admin to work in the Armidale Montessori Preschool office on Mondays & Fridays.
The Office Administrator is responsible for the financial administration of expenditure and income transactions at the School, along with providing secretarial services and financial reports, as required.
Applicants must have:
  • Office Admin or Bookkeeping experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Experience using database management systems
  • Good interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
  • A positive disposition & love working around kids
  • MYOB experience preferred
